Step 1: Create an Account on ExportComments.com

  1. Sign Up: Visit ExportComments.com and sign up for a free account.
  2. Login: Log in to your account to access the dashboard and available tools.

To export reviews from Lazada, you need the x5sec cookie, a captcha token generated by Lazada. Here’s how to obtain it:

Install the Extension:

  • Open Chrome and go to the Chrome Web Store. Search for the “ExportComments.com Extension” and click “Add to Chrome” to install it.

Once installed, the extension will display a button on the export page to get cookies automatically.

Click on the following button to generate the cookie, it will open a page that ask you to complete a captcha, once captcha is complete follow instructions on the same page.

Generate x5sec cookie

Open Developer Tools:

  • In Chrome: Right-click on the Lazada page and select “Inspect,” or press Ctrl+Shift+I (Windows) or Cmd+Option+I (Mac).
  • In Firefox or Edge: Right-click on the page and choose “Inspect Element” or press F12.

Navigate to the Application/Storage Tab:

  • In Chrome: Go to the “Application” tab in the Developer Tools window.
  • In Firefox: Switch to the “Storage” tab.
  • In Edge: Go to the “Application” tab.

Locate Cookies:

  • In Chrome: Expand “Cookies” under the “Storage” section in the left sidebar and select https://www.lazada.sg.

  • Cookie: Enter the x5sec cookie value you copied earlier into the designated field.

3. Start Export Process: Click on the "Start Export Process" button to initiate the data export.

4. Download Data: Once the export process is complete, download the data in your preferred format (Excel, CSV).
